    • Shipping and Process Times

      Most products on my website take 2-3 weeks to make, hallmark and send to you.  Sometimes this process takes even longer.  If you need this before then please let me know on placing an order as their may be a surcharge to hasten the process through hallmarking. Once made, I will always ship via Special Delivery to ensure that your product gets to you safely.

    • Returns and Refund Policy

      In the situation that you are unhappy with your product, please contact me as soon as possible.  As the majority of my products are made to your exact specification I do not issue refunds however I will do everything I can to resolve the matter to your satisfaction.  That involves a two way conversation and honesty from both parties.  I will not refund any deposit or personalised pieces.
